Very good hospital as long it's not an emergency. It is far more important to get the bills payed before the first care. Forget about any travel insurances....

The worst private care! We have been now during the night, the doctors don’t help, we call it “doctors that give you paracetamol “ not real ones. You should have good doctors for urgency matters

Although it's COVID-19 time procedure scheduling could be improved, I had to wait quite along time for the procedure. Everything else is top notch. Just had a surgery there and the overall experience was excellent, everything went smooth as silk. I was well informed and beign taken care off all the time. 4 starts only for management problems. P.S. Nurses from surgical department are the best!

This place and Medicover in general is the worst private healthcare in Poland. The only place where I was denied entrance to the hospital building with my sick partner who doesnt speak polish. He came for colonoscopy with anesthesia. I couldnt go with him to translate and to be with him when he will wake up after procedure... And also i was made to wait outside with freezing cold for whole time, nowhere to go. Very humiliating

I am writing to complain about the lack of information you are able to provide in regards to cesarean birth at the Medicover Hospital and what your facilities are able to provide. I have a heart condition for which I have paperwork for and and a referral for a cesarean 13,000 zlty procedure (which I provided paperwork and documentation for to the coordinator) and need to know if the Medicover Hospital facilities are equipped to serve a patient in my situation. I have sent over my paper work and need an answer before scheduling a qualification. I refuse to spend my time and money coming into the hospital for a qualification, only for you to possibly tell me your facilities are not capable of helping me and refusing me service after I pay you. I need to know if Medicover is equipped to deal with a cesarean for a woman with ASD (atrial septal defect) I need an answer to the above mentioned issues ASAP. Thank you,

Parking on the first floor is the worst parking lot in the world! The exit is so narrow that even small cars can't pass it smoothly. Our car is relatively larger and got rubbed there! The first time during my driving history! Was it designed by one genius designer from hell?! One of my friend's car also got rubbed there! If you need park, plese park outside or 0 floor, don't go to 1st floor.

The pediatrician Radoslaw Wojciech Suchner is the worst doctor I've met in Poland. He asked some regular questions, like food, allegy, feces, and check quickly. After that ,he printed out the diagnosis which there are some information he made up( we have no ears, eyes and rhythm of heart checking) , then told me he finished. I asked to know the reason why my son had stomachache and still felt painful very much at that time. He didn't reply me and went to the door. I didn't realize everything happened so quickly, then he said he finished and would see the patient who needs more help than my son and left. I google translated and knew he wrote a medicine on the bottom of diagnosis, but I didn't know how to use and what it's for. What a terrible man! What such a rude man to a mom and a child! He is the shame of medicover. I paid 655PLN, but still didn't get a real diagnosis! I complain to him!!
